This years' summer......

made a brief appearance with a very warm track session last night. Had the (5 times) winner of the Snowdon Fell Race as one of my pace-makers. I do hope the boys weren't too disappointed that I didn't join in with their 'topless' session!

All got a bit too much for me after the 5th 1000m rep and had to go and have a lie down, only so much a girl can take.

I don't think they'll be much danger of swooning on Saturday looking at the forecast, unless you count a nose dive off Scafell Pike if I get my footing wrong.
