A disappointing run at Sefton Park mid Lancs cross country fixture in arctic conditions had me 5 mins slower than last year which is about where I have been for the last few weeks.

I will be out UTUPing on Saturday but may drop the solo midweek run for safety reasons if the weather doesn't warm up. I don't fancy being stuck on Spittlers Edge in sub zero conditions with a twisted ankle, or whatever, waiting for the rescue squad!
