Great to be out running again, even if slowly. The sound and sight of the skylarks and the curlews truly uplifting. Quite cheered by the run off and no after effects. Pike race next weekend so hope to see some of you out there running. Hopeful now to be back with the Saturday runners in the not too distant future.
