Baking a cake?

Planning to bake a cake (or some choccie muffins) for entry into the Cake Race over at Diggle tomorrow. 10 miles, 1700 ft but seems to be quite runnable so hope to have enough energy for my annual trip to Wray for the Wray Caton Fell Race on Bank Holiday Monday. Weather permitting, it's a great day out with the scarecrow festival and fair to keep non-runners occupied. More info on the village website.
